Working Principle:

When the pressure relief valve activates, the protective cover prevents the piston from flying out and causing injury, ensuring safety protection. This pressure relief valve is installed in the air compressor system, directly facing the airflow direction at the outlet pipeline of the air receiver. When the air compressor system operates normally, the system pressure is ≤0.785 MPa (8 kgf/cm2), under which the pressure relief valve functions properly. If the air receiver ignites due to carbon buildup or if gas accumulates excessively for any reason, causing a sudden rise in temperature and pressure within the system, when the pressure reaches 1.04±0.059 MPa (10.6±0.6 kgf/cm2), the pull rod immediately breaks, and the pressure relief valve activates. This rapidly releases the high-temperature, high-pressure gas from the air receiver and pipelines, thereby mitigating shock waves and preventing major accidents.
