Those who frequently work in mines have seen or used our legacy product—the horizontal KZB-3 type air receiver over-temperature protection device (air compressor over-temperature protection device). Its appearance is similar to a microwave oven, and installation requires welding a special bracket for placement, which takes up considerable space. After technical improvements, we have now developed an LCD screen air receiver over-temperature and over-pressure protection device. Installation only requires drilling a few mounting holes in the wall, making it aesthetically pleasing, space-saving, and increasingly user-friendly. Its technological and intelligent features are also advancing, allowing simultaneous monitoring of both temperature and pressure.

Design Basis:

Coal Mine Safety Regulations Article 434 (excerpt):

(1) The exhaust temperature of screw air compressors must not exceed 120°C. They must be equipped with temperature protection devices that automatically cut off power and sound an alarm in case of over-temperature.

(2) The temperature inside the air receiver should be maintained below 120°C, and it must be equipped with an over-temperature protection device that automatically cuts off power and sounds an alarm in case of over-temperature.
