Material selection: 7075 aluminum, heat-treated and tempered, mechanically processed, precision ground with hard chrome plating, followed by ultra-precision grinding and high-precision polishing, or mirror polishing. Straightness, roundness, coaxiality, etc. <0.002mm, surface hard chrome plated, hardness HRC65 or above, surface roughness Ra0.05.
