Welding Anti-Spatter Agent
Metal welding anti-spatter agent is designed to address issues such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, and potential damage to workpiece surfaces when manually removing welding spatter. It is widely used in the welding industry and has become a reliable assistant for welders.

1. Spray or brush this product onto areas prone to spatter accumulation. It forms a protective film on the welding material surface, isolating it from spatter. Spatter that lands on the film will either fall off automatically or with minimal contact.
2. Using this product eliminates the need for post-welding processes like chipping and grinding, reducing labor intensity and improving working conditions. It protects high-precision surfaces from spatter damage and minimizes issues like false welding and missed welds. It does not affect the quality of subsequent processes such as phosphating and coating.
3. This product is a water-based solution, non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, harmless to humans, environmentally friendly, and safe to use.
4. It can be applied by spraying or brushing, does not affect welding quality, is easy to remove after welding, and is simple, time-saving, and labor-efficient to operate.

Application Scope
Suitable for general arc welding and CO? gas shielded welding. It effectively prevents spatter in welding various types of carbon steel and stainless steel.
Usage Method
Spray or brush this product onto the metal surfaces on both sides of the weld. Allow it to dry slightly before welding. As long as the coating remains intact, welding can also be performed later.
