I. Product Introduction:

Rubber deodorant can effectively reduce or eliminate odors or unpleasant smells caused by additives and residual monomers. It features good dispersibility, high-temperature resistance, long-lasting effectiveness, excellent mixability, and a small required dosage.

It does not affect the performance of the product itself that requires odor masking or removal.

III. Application Range:

Natural rubber, nitrile rubber, neoprene, amino rubber, fluororubber, chlorinated polyethylene rubber, silicone rubber, polyurethane rubber, polysulfide rubber, acrylic rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, polybutadiene rubber,

isoprene rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, neoprene, reclaimed rubber, rubber products and additives, etc. (Can be used for natural rubber, nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, reclaimed rubber, etc.)

IV. Usage Method: For recycled materials, the dosage can be appropriately increased as needed. Mix with raw materials for about 5 minutes before production and processing.

VI. Storage: Please keep the packaging container completely sealed in a dry, ventilated place, avoiding direct exposure to light and heat. The shelf life is 24 months.

[Usage Method]

During use, based on their production conditions, users should thoroughly mix the rubber deodorant with the material to ensure full contact between the powder and the material. The better the mixing, the better the deodorizing effect. Operating temperature has little impact; generally, higher temperatures aid in deodorization.
