They provide testing for environmental monitoring terminals used in the preservation of museum collections, primarily based on relevant industry standards issued by the National Cultural Heritage Administration, such as WW/T 0094—2020 "Environmental Monitoring for Preservation of Museum Collections—Monitoring Terminals—Ultraviolet Radiation" and WW/T 0104—2020 "Environmental Monitoring for Preservation of Museum Collections—Monitoring Terminals—Temperature and Humidity." The following are the testing contents:

• Environmental Adaptability Testing: Includes low-temperature tests, high-temperature tests, and damp heat tests to evaluate the performance stability of monitoring terminals under varying temperature and humidity conditions; enclosure protection rating tests to determine dustproof and waterproof capabilities; vibration tests, impact tests, and drop tests to assess the ability of monitoring terminals to withstand mechanical stress during transportation and use; additionally, appearance inspection tests, noise tests, etc., also fall under the scope of environmental adaptability testing.
• Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing: Electrostatic discharge immunity tests to examine the monitoring terminal's resistance to electrostatic discharge; radio-frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity tests to evaluate operational stability in radio-frequency electromagnetic field environments; tests such as radiated emissions, burst characteristics, surge characteristics, power frequency magnetic fields, voltage dips, interruptions and variations, and conducted emissions primarily detect the electromagnetic emissions of the monitoring terminal itself and its immunity to external electromagnetic interference.
• Safety Testing: Includes insulation resistance and insulation withstand voltage tests to ensure the electrical insulation performance of the monitoring terminal is adequate, preventing electric shock incidents; checks for creepage distances and clearances to ensure safe distances in electrical equipment under different operating voltages; tests for electric shock protection, accessible parts, and single faults are conducted from the user's safety perspective to prevent safety issues arising from equipment malfunctions; additionally, items such as electrical clearances and creepage distances, mains supply networks, dielectric strength tests, markings, plugs and connectors, disconnection of power supply, protection against mechanical hazards, and enclosure rigidity tests are included.
• Reliability Testing: Through MTBF reliability testing (time-truncated, sequential-truncated, accelerated tests, etc.), the ability of the monitoring terminal to perform specified functions under specified conditions and within a specified time is evaluated.
• Performance Testing: Primarily focuses on testing the monitoring functions of the terminal to check its accuracy in measuring various environmental parameters, such as temperature and humidity, illuminance, ultraviolet radiation, carbon dioxide, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), etc.; simultaneously, the accuracy and timeliness of data transmission, as well as the stability of its own performance, are tested to ensure normal operation over long-term use.
• Communication Protocol Conformance Testing: Verifies whether the communication protocols of the monitoring terminal comply with relevant standards and specifications, ensuring accurate and reliable communication and data exchange with other devices or systems.
