The ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, also known as pipeline pump, centrifugal pump, pipeline centrifugal pump, single-stage centrifugal pump, vertical pump, booster pump, hot water pump, circulation pump, etc., is ingeniously designed by our factory's technical research institute in collaboration with water pump experts, based on a superior hydraulic model and incorporating the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump and SG type pipeline pump. Building on the foundation of general vertical pipeline pumps, it has been further developed into models suitable for hot water pipeline pumps, high-temperature corrosion-resistant chemical pipeline pumps, and pipeline oil pumps, depending on usage temperature and medium. This series of products offers advantages such as energy efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance. It complies with the standards set by the new Ministry of Machinery JB/T53058-93 and is designed and manufactured according to ISO2858 standards.

Product Features

1. The pipeline centrifugal pump features a vertical structure with inlet and outlet ports of the same diameter, aligned on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, offering a compact and aesthetically pleasing design, small footprint, and low construction costs. With the addition of a protective cover, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller of the pipeline centrifugal pump is directly mounted on the motor's long shaft, resulting in a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are configured rationally, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring smooth operation with minimal vibration and low noise.

3. The shaft seal of the pipeline centrifugal pump employs mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, utilizing imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-temperature high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials. This wear-resistant sealing effectively extends the service life of the mechanical seal.

4. The pipeline centrifugal pump is easy to install and maintain. There is no need to disassemble the pipeline system; simply remove the pump coupling base nut to extract the entire rotor assembly.

5. The pipeline centrifugal pump can be used in series or parallel configurations based on flow and head requirements.

6. The pipeline centrifugal pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to pipeline layout needs.

 Main Applications

1. The ISG type vertical pipeline pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building booster water supply, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycles, and hot and cold water circulation pressurization in bathrooms and other equipment. The operating temperature is T < 80°C.

2. The IRG (GRG) type vertical hot water (high-temperature) circulation pipeline pump is widely applicable in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, and hotel boiler systems for high-temperature hot water booster circulation and urban heating system circulation. The IRG type operates at T < 120°C, while the GRG type operates at T < 240°C.

3. The IHG type vertical chemical centrifugal pump is used for conveying non-solid particle corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, and synthetic fiber industries. The operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 120°C.

4. The YG type vertical pipeline centrifugal oil pump is used for conveying petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel. The temperature of the conveyed medium ranges from -20°C to +120°C.

Operating Conditions

1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, meaning pump suction pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa. The static pressure test pressure for the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the pump system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please indicate this separately during ordering so that cast steel materials can be used for the pump's flow passage and connection parts during manufacturing.

2. Ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium should not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, with particle size < 0.2 mm.

Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify during ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
