The CQF engineering plastic magnetic drive pump is a new type of pump that utilizes the working principle of permanent magnet couplings to transmit torque without contact. When the prime mover drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the inner magnetic rotor is synchronously driven through magnetic field interaction. Since the inner magnetic rotor is integrated with the impeller, the impeller is driven without direct contact. As the liquid is enclosed within a stationary isolation sleeve, the magnetic drive pump is fully sealed and leak-free, thereby eliminating the unavoidable issues of leakage, dripping, and spillage associated with mechanical seal centrifugal pumps. Applications

Operating Principle

The magnetic drive pump consists of three parts: the pump, the magnetic drive, and the electric motor. The key component, the magnetic drive, comprises an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field penetrates the air gap and non-magnetic materials, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously. This achieves non-contact power transmission, converting dynamic sealing into static sealing.

Advantages

Compared to centrifugal pumps using mechanical seals or packing seals, magnetic drive pumps offer the following advantages:

1. The pump shaft changes from dynamic sealing to enclosed static sealing, preventing medium leakage.

2. No independent lubrication or cooling water is required, reducing energy consumption.

3. The drive changes from coupling transmission to synchronous dragging, eliminating contact and friction.
