Product Overview

The IMZ fluoroplastic self-priming magnetic pump adopts a direct-coupled motor structure, supported by an intermediate bracket, featuring a compact design and easy disassembly for maintenance. It uses high-performance magnetic material "neodymium iron boron" for both internal and external magnets, and the isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic material, eliminating the magnetic eddy current loss common in general magnetic pumps. It can transport highly concentrated, strongly corrosive media with a density greater than 1.84 t/m3. The main components are lined with steel F46, providing high pump strength and resistance to all strong acids and alkalis. The product fully combines the advantages of magnetic pumps and self-priming pumps. It is an extended development based on the IMC magnetic pump, with the prominent feature of having both the self-priming function of a self-priming pump and the leak-free, quiet operation of a magnetic pump, making it an excellent alternative to submersible pumps. It is particularly suitable for transporting flammable, explosive, toxic, volatile, and precious media. It has been mass-produced and introduced to the market, replacing imported magnetic pumps in many projects.

The IMZ self-priming magnetic pump is widely applicable in industries such as petrochemicals, non-ferrous metal smelting, pesticides, acid and alkali production, papermaking, pickling processes, rare earth separation, electroplating, electronics, and formed foil. It is currently a product with a novel structure among magnetic pump varieties, offering energy savings, safety, and practicality. Operating temperature: -20°C to 100°C.

Design Features

The IMZ series self-priming magnetic pump combines all the excellent characteristics of magnetic pumps, with the significant advantage of self-priming capability. Generally, the self-priming height can reach 2-4 meters. It fully integrates all the advantages of self-priming pumps and magnetic pumps, featuring both self-priming functionality and the elimination of shaft seals. It uses magnetic coupling for indirect transmission, eliminating leakage.

The part of the pump in contact with the liquid is made of fluoroplastic, but the outer shell is made of metal material, so the pump body can sufficiently withstand the weight of the pipeline and resist mechanical impact.
