The IMC-B Jacketed Insulated Magnetic Pump is a new type of magnetic pump redesigned and manufactured by Shanghai Bainuo Pump Valve Company based on ordinary magnetic pumps, incorporating the advantages of high-temperature insulated pumps. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and environmental protection, capable of conveying flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and precious liquids at temperatures up to 100°C. The magnetic core of the jacketed insulated magnetic pump is made of strong magnetic, high-temperature-resistant material to ensure sufficient magnetic transmission torque. The isolation sleeve is designed with an unequal cross-section structure, reducing eddy current losses by half compared to equal cross-section cylindrical isolation sleeves. A uniquely designed new insulation box structure ensures that the medium does not condense during transportation. When the temperature is too high, cooling water can be introduced into the insulation box to carry away excess heat, effectively ensuring the normal operation of the motor and magnetic steel. The pump uses hydrodynamic lubricated bearings, which are more reliable and have a longer lifespan than the original concentric circular bearings of magnetic pumps. A new insulation structure ensures that the medium does not crystallize during operation. An automatic shutdown device for flow interruption can be equipped as per user requirements to prevent dry running of the pump.

Due to the above technologies adopted in the jacketed insulated magnetic pump, it offers high reliability and a long service life when conveying high-temperature media.
