Socket weld elbow, primarily formed from round steel or steel ingot through forging to create the blank, then shaped by lathe processing into high-pressure pipe connection fittings. It is a type of forged socket series pipe fitting.
Socket weld elbows are divided into 90° and 45°, with long radius and short radius.
Main materials:
Alloy series: Nickel-based alloys, high-temperature alloys, precision alloys, corrosion-resistant alloys, zirconium alloys, titanium alloys, etc.
Stainless steel series: Austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, etc.
Size: 1/8”-24” NPS, DN8-DN600. (Larger sizes available upon agreement)
Pressure class: 3000#, 6000#, 9000#.
Nominal wall thickness: SCH/STD/XXS/XS.
Specifications: ASME/ANSI/DIN/GB/HG/JIS/JPI/ISO/BS.
