2. Surface Treatment Requirements: For steel structures, the substrate treatment must meet the rust removal standard Sa2.5 grade or be manually derusted. Chemical derusting is also acceptable, ensuring the surface is free of oil, rust, foreign matter, dry, and clean. The derusted steel substrate surface must be coated with primer within 4 hours.
