Definition and Purpose: Concentrated solid soft flake for high-grade textile softening finishing with 100% content.
Used for softening finishing where softness is the primary goal.
Physical and Chemical Properties:
Appearance: Light yellow thin flake solid.
Odor: Slight aromatic fragrance.
PH Value: 6—10% slurry PH value 3.5-4.5.
Melting Point: 60-70℃.
Ionicity: Weak cationic.

Dispersion Method:
Cold Dispersion: Add 6-10% EA soft flakes slowly into water at around 30℃ while stirring slowly, continue stirring for 3-5 minutes to disperse, let stand and soak for 1-2 hours, then stir at low speed until a uniform paste is formed for use.
Warm Dispersion: Add 6-10% EA soft flakes into room temperature water while stirring, stir for 3-5 minutes, gradually heat to 50-60℃, continue stirring for 10-15 minutes until a uniform paste is formed, then cool for use.

Application Process:
Padding: 2-3g/L, optimal temperature 40-50℃, two dips and two nips or one dip and one nip.
Immersion: 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f.), optimal temperature 40-50℃, 15-30 minutes.

Application Characteristics: Suitable for softening various cotton, linen, and wool yarns and fabrics, giving the fabric good softness and elasticity.
Suitable for softening various textiles such as denim, washed fabrics, wool sweaters, towels, etc., achieving soft and fluffy results.
Important Notes: During application, users should conduct optimization process tests based on equipment and fabric types to select the best process.
If used in combination with other softeners or dyeing and finishing agents, conduct compatibility tests in advance to achieve ideal results.
Storage and Packaging: Store in a cool warehouse with a shelf life of two years.
