The processing, transportation, and installation of the dust bag frame must comply with the mechanical industry standard JB/T5917—91 "Technical Conditions for Dust Bag Frames in Baghouse Dust Collectors." Key requirements include: the circular dust removal frame must possess sufficient strength, stiffness, verticality, and dimensional accuracy to prevent deformation under pressure, damage during transportation, contact between bags after installation, difficulties in bag installation, and friction between the bag and frame. All weld points must be firm, with no loose, false, or missed welding permitted. The surface in contact with the dust bag should be smooth, free of weld scars, bumps, or burrs. The surface of the dust bag frame must undergo anti-corrosion treatment, such as spray coating, painting, or electroplating. For high-temperature applications, the anti-corrosion treatment must meet high-temperature requirements.
