US Dow Corning DC-51 (Dowsil 51): 80% active ingredient, paste-like high molecular weight silicone additive, water-based hand feel agent, water-based hydrophobic agent, water-based friction resistance, hardening and wear-resistant agent, water-based scratch/abrasion resistance, water-based slip agent/slip additive, anti-blocking/anti-adhesion agent, water-based gloss enhancer, environmentally friendly, VOC-free, heavy metal-free, low odor, can reduce friction coefficient, prevent adhesion, improve wear resistance, provide excellent hand feel, low addition amount, applied in the following industrial fields: water-based flexographic inks, solvent-based flexographic inks, water-based gravure inks, water-based screen printing inks, water-based lithographic inks, water-based topcoat varnishes, water-based wood coatings, leather and footwear inks, and other water-based and solvent-based inks and paints. Does not affect film gloss and transparency, can increase gloss (gloss enhancer). Dilute with water or water-soluble alcohol ether solvents before use, disperse evenly, then add to the system. General addition amount 0.1-0.5%. Can be used as a substitute for emulsion wax.

US Dow Corning DC-57 (Dowsil 57) Leveling Agent/Slip Agent, Hand Feel Agent, Anti-Cratering, Anti-Orange Peel, Anti-Grease Agent, Slip Agent, Wear-Resistant Agent, Scratch-Resistant Agent: 100% active ingredient, silicone additive for paints and coatings, used in powder coatings and water-based, solvent-based, UV-curable coatings/inks, good recoatability, low foam stability.

Low usage, pollution-free, can be recoated after use, improves the wear resistance of coatings, enhances coating flow, reduces orange peel and increases gloss, prevents bubbles and fisheyes, anti-cratering. Exhibits excellent leveling and wear resistance in epoxy floor paints, can replace BYK333, Tego 450. General addition concentration: 0.01-0.5%.

Addition step selection: can be added during grinding, post-dilution, or later. Compatible systems: water-based coatings, solvent-based coatings, UV-curable coatings, printing inks, and overprint varnishes, good compatibility.
