Double Lion (Zhangjiagang) Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. is a large-scale chemical production enterprise, established on June 19, 2003, located in the Yangtze River International Chemical Industrial Park in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, China. It is a joint venture between Suzhou Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. and Rongxiang (Canada) Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million US dollars and a total investment of 99.8 million US dollars. The company covers an area of 1.4 square kilometers, and its legal representative and chairman is Xu Jianrong.

The company commenced full production in April 2005, with products and annual production capacities including: 2.3 million tons of sulfur-based sulfuric acid, 400,000 tons of ion-membrane caustic soda (100% basis), 300,000 tons of fuming sulfuric acid, 100,000 tons per year of chlorosulfonic acid, and a 103,000 kWh power station. Additionally, the company is engaged in the research and development of other fine chemical products and organic chlorine series products.

Due to its location along the Yangtze River, the company holds significant advantages in logistics. It owns its own hazardous chemical loading and unloading terminal in Zhangjiagang, known as the Double Lion International Terminal, which includes one 70,000-ton dry bulk berth, one 50,000-ton liquid chemical berth, and five 1,000-ton chemical berths. The Double Lion Terminal can also construct 200,000 cubic meters of liquid chemical storage tanks and has an additional 40,000 square meters of bulk cargo storage yard. The terminal's front water depth is 14.5 meters, but due to depth restrictions at the Yangtze River estuary, the current draft limit for vessels entering the river is 10.8 meters. It is projected that by 2010, vessels with a draft of up to 12 meters will be permitted to enter the river.
