    II. Desulfurization Plan

  • Advantages: High desulfurization efficiency, stable operation, and recyclable by-products.
• Equipment Configuration:
  • Swirl Desulfurization Tower: Increase swirl trays and high-efficiency spray heads inside the tower to extend gas-liquid reaction time and improve efficiency.
  • Demister: Used to separate mist droplets carried in the flue gas, reducing corrosion of downstream equipment, minimizing scaling, and lowering the loss of absorbent and water.

  • Principle: Inject amino-containing reducing agents (such as ammonia water) into the high-temperature zone of the boiler to reduce nitrogen oxides in the flue gas to nitrogen and water.

  • Ammonia Water Storage Tank: Used to store ammonia water solution to ensure the supply of denitrification agent.
