I. ExxonMobil Exxsol D40 Product Introduction
Exxsol D40 is a dearomatized solvent oil with a distillation range of 160-196°C, flash point of 47°C, density of 0.775g/cm3, viscosity of 1.28mm2/s (25°C), aromatic content <0.1%, relative evaporation rate of 0.12 (n-BuAc=1), KB value of 31, bromine value <5mg/100g, surface tension of 24mN/m (25°C), and refractive index of 1.429 (20°C). The product is packaged in iron drums with a specification of 158 kg/drum, and bulk supply is available for large quantities.
The advantages of Exxsol D40 include: low odor, narrow distillation range, low viscosity, compatibility with most product surfaces, and easy volatility.
Exxsol D40 can be used as an industrial cleaning fluid (cleaning of metal products, machinery and machine parts, automotive manufacturing, electronic and electrical equipment, maintenance cleaning, blanket cleaning, fiber and leather degreasing/cleaning, and dry cleaning), metalworking fluid (rust preventive oil, casting fluid, stamping oil), solvent or diluent for decorative coatings (coatings for metal/plastic, wood coatings, marine coatings), solvent for consumer products (polish solvent), PVC viscosity reducer (PVC medical gloves, PVC wallpaper, adhesives), and carrier for PVC stabilizers.

III. Precautions
1. ExxonMobil environmental solvent oil drums have ExxonMobil anti-counterfeiting marks on the lid and anti-counterfeiting barcodes on the drum surface. Identify the brand to avoid counterfeits.
2. Environmental solvent oil should not be stored upright in outdoor environments to prevent contamination by moisture and impurities.
3. For indoor storage, place the drum upright with the top facing up for easy extraction.
4. Tighten the seal cap to keep the oil drum sealed.
5. Do not place flammable materials nearby. Open flames are strictly prohibited, and do not bring ignition sources near the oil drum.
6. Flammable specialty oils or chemical solvents should be stored separately and marked with flammable material signs.
