Modified acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive for PVC protective film, resistant to plasticizers, withstands high temperatures up to 180°C for 1 hour without leaving residue, high adhesion with peel strength >10N/inch. It achieves high adhesion without edge lifting while maintaining high-temperature resistance and residue-free performance.

Used for various high-demand, high-temperature resistant PVC protective films and PVC protective tapes. Can replace traditional masking tape with better conformability, suitable for painting, baking, and sandblasting protection of various products, especially ideal for protecting irregularly shaped items.

Applications of PVC Protective Film

① Primarily used for painting, baking, and sandblasting protection.

② The tape is soft with excellent adhesion. Particularly suitable for curved surfaces or complex spherical shapes where temperature-resistant masking tape and PET tape are prone to warping and cannot meet requirements.

③ The product has good heat resistance. It does not delaminate, leave residue, or lift edges after high-temperature baking.

④ The product has minimal shrinkage at room temperature and can be die-cut into any geometric shape.
