Alternative to Suba800 Sapphire Polishing Pad
Shanghai Chuanghang Abrasives Co., Ltd., utilizing Japanese technology and after two years of research and development, has created a specialized polishing pad specifically for sapphire substrates, sapphire window panes, and sapphire glass. Compared to traditional polishing pads on the market, it offers superior cutting power and, when used with silica polishing slurry, achieves a removal rate of up to 3.5um per hour.
It has successfully replaced Suba600, Suba800, and Maruishi fine polishing pads. Currently, it has been adopted by several major enterprises as a substitute for imported polishing pads. Available in various specifications: 1300*1300, 1200*1200, 1000*1000, with thicknesses of 1.4mm and 1.5mm. Options include backing adhesive, pressed grid, and grooving processing.
