This wax-free adhesive pad features a composite structure made of multiple layers of resin material. It is adhered to the adhesive film within the circular holes of the mounting layer using water (or grinding fluid). It enables wax-free polishing of silicon wafers, sapphire, stainless steel logos, etc., with a total thickness variation of less than 5μm, ensuring polishing precision and meeting customer requirements.
Specifications: Diameters from 50 to 800mm can be produced.
Based on adhesion strength: Super strong adhesion, general adhesion, light adhesion.
