Working Principle
The mechanism of catalytic micro-electrolysis reaction is that under acidic conditions in wastewater, there is a 1.2V electrode potential difference between Fe and C, where carbon has a higher potential, acting as the micro-cathode, and iron has a lower potential, acting as the micro-anode. Corrosion cells and electrolytic electrodes form countless micro-electrolysis circuits in the acidic solution, creating an electric field within their operational space. In this reaction system, the anode reaction generates a large amount of Fe2?, which enters the wastewater and is further oxidized to Fe3?, forming a flocculant with high adsorption and flocculation activity.
