Using metering pumps as the primary dosing devices, the equipment integrates dissolution tanks, agitators, level gauges, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, buffers, pipelines, valves, bases, and electrical control systems into a single module based on the process flow. Users simply need to install the integrated dosing system in the dosing room, connect the water inlet and chemical outlet, and power it up. The required amount of chemical is added to the mixing tank for dissolution. After dissolution, the solution is delivered to the dosing point via the metering pump. The dosing amount can be freely adjusted to meet the needs of various application scenarios.
