Operation and System Design

Measurement Principle: The measured pressure causes a slight deformation on the ceramic diaphragm of the sensor. The electrodes on the ceramic sensor measure the resulting change in capacitance, which is proportional to the pressure.

Modularity: The pressure sensing element can be connected to the transmitter power supply via an optional DIN43650 A/ISO4400 plug or cable connector.
