Measuring gauge and absolute pressure of gases, steam, and liquids

Operation and System Design

Measuring Principle: The measured pressure causes a slight deformation on the ceramic diaphragm of the sensor. Electrodes on the ceramic sensor detect the resulting change in capacitance, which is proportional to the pressure.

Modularity: The pressure sensing element can be connected to the transmitter power supply via an optional DIN 43650 A/ISO 4400 plug or cable connector.
