1. The application for Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative SMEs is divided into two batches;

2. The scoring for the characteristic indicator "Industrial Field Advantage" has been revised;

3. Self-certification of market share: Proof of market share for the leading product is to be self-certified by the enterprise according to the template, with no requirement for third-party certification materials.

Other regulations are largely unchanged from previous years; please review the documents on your own.

According to a message posted in a group by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology:

"All enterprises, the application notice for 'Little Giants' will be issued this week. Enterprises planning to apply this year should:

1. Check your enterprise's credit status;

2. Prepare an audit report with a QR code;

3. Market share certification will likely rely mainly on self-certification by the enterprise, so please pay attention to the collection of data and information."

Items 2 and 3 of these preparations require time and can be done in advance.

Especially for some units where the audit report is not yet completed, it must be expedited. Regarding market share certification, changes are expected, making it necessary to start collecting data early.
