CMA Mark and Its Usage Requirements

I. To manage the use of the qualification mark for inspection and testing institutions and standardize inspection and testing practices, these requirements are formulated in accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of Qualification Certification of Inspection and Testing Institutions."

II. The qualification certification department for inspection and testing institutions is responsible for issuing qualification certificates and qualification marks to inspection and testing institutions.

The qualification mark for inspection and testing institutions consists of the CMA pattern and the qualification certificate number. Specific requirements are detailed in Article 2 of this document.

III. Inspection and testing institutions shall correctly use the qualification mark in their inspection reports, certificates, and related promotional materials. The qualification mark shall comply with the size and proportion specified in these requirements and accurately and clearly display the certificate number. The recommended colors for the qualification mark are red, blue, or black.

IV. When inspection and testing institutions issue socially recognized data and results with probative value within the scope of their qualification certificate, they shall affix the qualification mark. The qualification mark shall be stamped (or printed) in an appropriate position on the upper part of the inspection report or certificate cover.

V. Inspection and testing institutions shall emphasize the management of the use of the qualification mark and establish and maintain relevant usage records.
