Aitelan Chemical (Shandong) Co., Ltd. was established on July 31, 2019, with its registered address located west of Lianfa Road in the Chemical Industrial Park, Yinsi Town, Wenshang County, Jining City, Shandong Province. It is a privately-owned enterprise jointly established by Xuzhou Shuanglan Chemical Partnership (Limited Partnership) and Xuzhou Lequn Chemical Materials Partnership (Limited Partnership).

The company maintains long-term collaborations with Nanjing University, Nanjing Tech University, and Changzhou University, providing reliable technical support for production.

Leveraging its capital and technological resources, the company invested 360 million RMB in the first phase of the Wenshang Chemical Industrial Park in Jining City, one of Shandong's first batch of chemical industrial parks. Covering an area of 110 mu, the project includes the construction of a 50,000 tons/year silica sol production facility, a 10,000 tons/year cyclohexylamine co-production project, and the development of a distinctive hydrogen-centered circular industrial chain. Key products include silica sol, cyclohexylamine, and dicyclohexylamine. Construction began on March 31, 2020, and was completed and put into operation in December 2021. The products have gained popularity both domestically and internationally. With 27 years of expertise in the research, design, installation, and production of cyclohexylamine and dicyclohexylamine production facilities, the company has successfully built over ten production plants across various regions in China, earning a strong reputation worldwide.

The company has initiated the construction of a circular industrial chain facility centered on silicon-based energy new materials. As global climate change intensifies, the development of clean energy has garnered increasing attention. The proportion of photovoltaic power generation in the energy mix is expected to rise significantly, leading to a surge in demand for polysilicon. This project falls under national encouraged categories and is scheduled to commence production by the end of 2022.
