Guanghan Kelun Plant Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Xiaohan Town Industrial Development Zone, Guanghan City, Sichuan Province. It is an extension of Sichuan Guanghan Huatai Biological Co., Ltd., sharing the same shareholders and producing largely similar products.

The company began construction in 2004 and was completed in September 2005. The factory covers an area of 40,000 square meters, with a building area of 17,850 square meters. It includes 6 workshop buildings, 6 warehouse buildings, and 1 office and dormitory building. Currently, the company employs 160 staff, including 30 technical professionals. Trial production commenced in October 2005, generating profits within the same year.
