Suqian Xinya Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Jiangsu Xinya Chemical Co., Ltd. (originally Wujin Chemical Fertilizer Plant, established in 1965). In 2010, the company relocated entirely from Changzhou, Jiangsu to Suqian, Jiangsu. The company utilizes the core equipment and original technical team of the former Jiangsu Xinya Chemical Co., Ltd., implementing partial equipment upgrades and technological improvements. It inherits the excellent production and operation philosophy of Jiangsu Xinya Chemical Co., Ltd., adhering to the quality policy of "superior equipment, meticulous operation, pure products, and sincere service," and proposes the quality requirement of "more refined, purer, and higher," aiming to serve the market with better and superior products. Suqian Xinya Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Suqian Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, bordered by the Lianyungang–Khorgas Expressway to the north, the Nanjing–Suqian–Xuzhou Expressway and the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal to the south, the Xinchang Railway and Suqian-Huai'an Railway to the east, and 60 kilometers west of Xuzhou Guanyin International Airport. The location offers excellent geographical advantages, with the Port of Lianyungang less than 200 kilometers away, providing extremely convenient water, land, and air transportation.

During the relocation process, the company underwent product structure adjustment. The current Phase I main production facilities include: (1) A 20,000 tons/year N-methylformamide production unit; (2) A 20,000 tons/year formamide production unit; (3) A 40,000 tons/year mixed methylamine production unit; (4) A 15,000 tons/year N,N-diethylformamide production unit; (5) A 15,000 tons/year N-ethylformamide production unit; (6) A 50,000 tons/year methyl formate production unit. The company offers products such as formamide, N-methylformamide, (mono-, di-, tri-) methylamine, N,N-diethylformamide, N-ethylformamide, and methyl formate to meet market demands.
