HB Series Chemical Method Chlorine Dioxide Generator

I. Working Principle and Composition
The HB series chlorine dioxide generator utilizes two chemical reaction methods to produce chlorine dioxide.
1. Production of chlorine dioxide from NaClO₃, with the chemical reaction equations as follows:
Main reaction: NaClO₃ + 2HCl = ClO₂ + 1/2Cl₂ + NaCl + H₂O
Side reaction: NaClO₃ + 6HCl = 3Cl₂ + NaCl + 3H₂O
2. Production of chlorine dioxide from NaClO₂, with the chemical reaction equation as follows:
5NaClO₂ + 4HCl = 4ClO₂ + 5NaCl + 2H₂O
The above reaction materials are accurately metered by their respective dosing devices and then fed into the reactor. The generated chlorine dioxide is drawn by an ejector and mixed with water to produce a highly efficient chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution.
