I. Overview

    Utilizing advanced domestic and international processes and manufacturing technologies, we produce sewage treatment equipment primarily made from fiberglass, stainless steel, and carbon steel. The main purpose is to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater to meet national discharge standards. The entire set of equipment can be buried underground, hence the name "Underground Domestic Sewage Treatment Equipment".

    The Underground Domestic Sewage Treatment Equipment employs internationally advanced biological treatment processes, integrating the removal of BOD5, COD, and NH3-N. It features stable and reliable technical performance, effective treatment results, low investment, small footprint, and easy maintenance. It can also meet the requirements for reclaimed water reuse based on customer needs.

III. Product Features
    1. The equipment is buried below the surface, and the ground above can be used for greening or other purposes, eliminating the need for building structures, heating, or insulation.

    2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process adopts a plug-flow biological contact oxidation method, which is more effective than completely mixed or two-stage series completely mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. The activated sludge tank has a small volume, strong adaptability to water quality, good impact load resistance, stable effluent quality, and no sludge bulging. The tank uses a new elastic three-dimensional filler with a large surface area, making it easy for microorganisms to form and shed biofilms. Under the same organic load conditions, it achieves high organic removal rates and increases the solubility of oxygen in water.

    3. The biochemical tank uses the biological contact oxidation method, with a relatively low volumetric load of the filler. Microorganisms are in the endogenous respiration phase, resulting in low sludge production. Sludge only needs to be discharged once every three months (90 days) or longer (extracted by sewage truck or dewatered into sludge cakes for transport).

    4. In addition to conventional high-altitude exhaust for odor removal, the Underground Domestic Sewage Treatment Equipment is equipped with soil deodorization measures.

    5. The entire equipment treatment system is equipped with a fully automatic electrical control system and a device fault alarm system, ensuring safe and reliable operation. It generally does not require dedicated personnel for daily management, only periodic maintenance and upkeep.
