QZG Type Automatic Water Supply Equipment

I. Overview
The QZG type automatic water supply equipment is a unit-type diaphragm pressure water supply device composed of a diaphragm-type pressure tank, water pump, electrical control cabinet, and other components. Its features include: compact structure, flexible layout, easy installation, low cost, and convenient maintenance.
For high-rise buildings:
It can replace elevated water tanks, save space in technical floors, facilitate seismic fortification of buildings, reduce construction investment, and address top-pressure firefighting pressure issues.
For industrial, mining, and village water supply:
It can replace water towers, adapt to development needs, gradually expand water supply scale and increase water supply pressure, and reduce initial construction scale and capital investment.
The diaphragm pressure water supply device requires a one-time air charge for long-term use, ensuring water quality remains uncontaminated. It enables automatic operation with simple management, safety, and reliability.

II. Matching Water Pump
This device is equipped with a DL vertical multistage centrifugal pump. The pump's outlet can be rotated 90°, 180°, or 270° according to usage requirements. The balancing drum and balancing sleeve are reinforced. The outlet section, middle section, inlet section, guide vanes, and impeller are made of high-quality cast iron, and the shaft is manufactured from high-quality steel, ensuring a long service life. Its characteristics include: stable operation, durability, low noise, and small footprint.

III. Working Principle
The diaphragm-type pressure water supply device is divided into two chambers by the diaphragm: a water storage chamber and an air storage chamber. Under constant temperature conditions, when the water pressure in the water chamber increases, the gas in the air chamber is compressed, the diaphragm expands, and water enters the water chamber; when the water pressure decreases, the gas in the air chamber expands, the diaphragm contracts, and water exits the water chamber. The variation in gas volume within the container formed by the pump's higher and lower water supply pressures constitutes the device's operational adjustment capacity.
When the system's water consumption is less than the pump's supply capacity, the system water pressure gradually increases. When the system pressure reaches the set maximum operating pressure, the pressure relay activates, stopping the pump. When the pump is not operating, the stored water in the tank supplies the system. As the stored water in the tank decreases, the system pressure gradually drops. When the system pressure falls to the set minimum operating pressure, the pressure relay activates, starting the pump. The diaphragm pressure water supply device operates in this cyclic manner to achieve automatic and continuous water supply within the set pressure range.
