Concentrated Pool Suspended Center Drive Scraper

I. Purpose:

The scraper for the concentrated pool is used in gravity sludge concentration tanks of sewage treatment plants to scrape and collect the concentrated sludge to the central sludge collection pit at the bottom of the tank for further sludge dewatering treatment.

II. Features:

1. Few transmission links, high mechanical efficiency, and compact structure;

2. An overload protection mechanism can be set as needed. When the torque reaches the set value, it automatically alarms and stops, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the equipment;

3. The main shaft adopts a rigid tubular structure, with no bearing at the bottom of the pool, eliminating maintenance work in the extremely harsh environment at the bottom of the pool.

III. Structure and Working Process:

The concentrated pool scraper is a suspended center drive type, consisting of a vertical reducer with motor, rotary bearing with external teeth, main shaft, scraper arm, scraper blade, concentration grid bars, stabilizing cylinder, control cabinet, etc.

The scraper arm rotates around the central axis of the pool driven by the transmission device. The scraper blades on the scraper arm push the sludge deposited at the bottom of the pool from the outside to the central sludge collection pit. During operation, if the scraper blades or arms are blocked by foreign objects or excessive sludge accumulation causes transmission overload, the overload protection mechanism activates when the torque reaches the set value, cutting off the power supply and automatically alarming and stopping.

IV. Electrical Control:

The start, stop, and operation time of the equipment can be set according to user needs, and it can be equipped with a PLC interface.

V. Ordering Instructions:

1. Please specify if an outflow weir plate is required;

2. Specify the equipment material, anti-corrosion requirements, and requirements for the motor and reducer;

3. Steel bridge frames can be provided;

4. When placing an order, please provide the civil engineering process drawing of the pool and specify detailed dimensions.
