Through close collaboration with industrial users, CALYS 75 integrates all functions necessary for field commissioning and maintenance work.

Its ergonomic design and built-in software allow the CALYS 75 to be a high-performance calibrator, very easy to use.

IP54 rated, providing comprehensive protection via a shock-resistant housing, along with integrated easy-connect terminals and its high-contrast backlit display make it usable in all lighting conditions.

Its synthetic rubber keyboard protects it from dirt and oil contamination, and its raised keys allow the CALYS 75 to be operated with gloves. It features 10 user-programmable work configurations, making it easy to use for repetitive tasks.




Introduction

The CALYS 75 Field Multifunction Calibrator is a portable calibrator capable of simultaneous measurement and generation across two independent channels.

It features a wide backlit display, usable in all lighting conditions.

Full protection is provided by the housing with a polycarbonate keyboard to guard against dirt. The raised keys ensure easy operation even while wearing protective gloves.

It can measure and generate voltage, current, frequency, resistance signals, resistance probes, and thermocouples. When using an optional external pressure module, the instrument can also measure pressure.

CALYS 75 can measure and simulate the following physical values:

- Temperature from Resistance Probes and Thermocouples

- Pressure Measurement: When using an optional external pressure module (simulation requires user-provided pressure pump)

It allows scaling of process signals and calibration of temperature probes.

It is HART compatible, with the insertion of a 250-ohm resistor to avoid disrupting digital data transmission.
