The 6515 waterproof thermometer is robust, easy to use, and compact, dedicated to temperature control of perishable foods and applicable to specialized techniques in the food industry.

The 6515 features two replaceable temperature probes: one for air and gas temperature measurement, and another for penetration measurement in frozen foods.

The 6515 thermometer is primarily designed for waterproof use and is easy to clean or disinfect. It is suitable for applications such as on-site control of indoor climate and ambient temperatures, e.g., shelves, refrigerated food display cases; temperature measurement inside frozen foods, chilled foods, or ice cream; and temperature control during baking, cooling, or processing of foods, pharmaceuticals, etc.

In addition to these specific applications, the PN 6515 is also suitable for standard uses in air conditioning, energy heating maintenance, and regulation.
