2. Product Requirements:

(1) Appearance performance: Smooth and flat surface, no bubbles, ripples, impurities, sand holes, black spots, or cracks. The color of the barrel body and lid should be consistent for the same batch of plastic garbage bins, and there should be no obvious deformation in the closing parts.

(2) The product is made from new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material through one-time injection molding, with high-quality reinforcement and anti-UV agents added. The pigment content is 5% to ensure bright color and long-lasting fade resistance. The aging resistance of the barrel should meet the requirements of GB/T 16422.2, with sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.

(3) The barrel body features a longitudinal concave design on all four sides, making it more flexible, with greater load-bearing capacity and more stable performance. Additionally, there are 4 longitudinal reinforcing ribs on each side of the top outer edge, with a rib thickness of no less than ≥8mm.

(5) The bottom can be fitted with 46 wear-resistant pins. The bottom has a mesh design around the perimeter, a concave-convex shape in the middle, and a handle design.

(6) The indented dimensions on both sides of the barrel body below the reinforcing ribs: 270mm * 850mm; the front and back of the barrel are concave from top to bottom.

(8) The bottom of the lid has 4 reinforcing designs; there is a circumferential reinforcing rib on the bottom of the lid.
