PE water supply pipes are made from PE100 or PE80 raw materials, utilizing internationally advanced polyethylene pipe extrusion production lines. The unique screen basket die design, advanced barrier-type screw, and IKV forced feeding extrusion system ensure thorough melting and plasticization of the raw materials, guaranteeing excellent resistance to slow crack growth (SCG) and rapid crack propagation (RCP) during use. Additionally, the production line is equipped with a fully automated computer control system, including FLX ultrasonic scanning devices, meter weight measurement control systems, and wall thickness monitoring controllers, which dynamically control the product during the manufacturing process to ensure production quality.

The product features good flexibility, strong corrosion resistance, lightweight, and excellent impact resistance. Pipe connections are achieved through methods such as socket fusion, butt fusion, and electrofusion welding, integrating pipes and fittings into a single unit. The dimensions and performance of PE pipes comply with the GB/T13663.2-2018 standard, while their hygienic performance meets the GB/T17219 standard and relevant national health safety evaluation regulations.
