This product is a silicon-based flame retardant, scientifically formulated and specially processed through internal mixing and modification. It effectively addresses the drawbacks of high cost associated with antimony trioxide, offers excellent processing and dispersion properties, and effectively resolves the dispersion issues when adding antimony trioxide powder to other materials. It can replace antimony trioxide powder in equal amounts while maintaining the same flame retardancy.

Scope of Application: Used for environmentally friendly flame retardancy in PVC artificial leather and synthetic leather.

Usage Method:

Directly replace 20%-50% of antimony trioxide powder with this product in equal amounts. Mix thoroughly with the base resin and various additives before proceeding with mass production.

Product Packaging and Storage:

This product is packaged in composite kraft paper bags, with a net weight of 20kg/bag or 25kg/bag. Store in a ventilated, dry, and cool place at room temperature. Transport as general cargo.
