The CZ-D08A20 is a Cu-Zn-Al composite salt primarily used as a PH₃ inhibitor for red phosphorus-enhanced flame-retardant polyamides, reducing PH₃ emissions during extrusion and injection molding processes.

·The typical addition amount of this product is 0.16-0.3%, which can reduce PH3 emissions by approximately 80%.

·This product can inhibit the red coloration of red phosphorus, making black red phosphorus products appear darker. In natural-colored products, it helps prevent discoloration of red phosphorus flame-retardant polyamide products when exposed to light.

·For products requiring strict control of PH3 emissions, it is recommended that the particle size of red phosphorus powder be D90 = 150 mesh to 250 mesh, preferably not exceeding 400 mesh.

·Red phosphorus-enhanced flame-retardant polyamide products should maintain low moisture content during both extrusion and injection molding stages. Typically, extrusion should have ≤0.1% moisture, and injection molding should have ≤0.08%. Therefore, resin drying before extrusion and moisture protection for red phosphorus masterbatch are necessary.

·Slight color variations may occur between batches of this product, but this does not affect its functionality.

·The product requires a low addition ratio and offers high cost-effectiveness.

Flame Retardancy Principle:

When red phosphorus releases PH₃ due to heat, oxygen, or moisture during processing, the Cu-Zn-Al composite salt on the surface of red phosphorus reacts with PH₃, thereby reducing PH₃ emissions.

Product Applications and Reference Formulations:

Suitable for red phosphorus flame-retardant polyamide products such as PA66, PA66/6, PA66+PA6, PA56, etc.

Recommended addition ratio:
