Product Description
This product is a newly developed halogen-free flame retardant for polyurethane artificial leather and polyurethane coated fabrics. It belongs to the phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant system, existing in the form of a mixture, and features low volatility, high thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance, and the ability to withstand high processing temperatures. It offers excellent flame retardant efficiency.
Advantages: It has good migration resistance, no leaching, strong water resistance, and sufficient elasticity. The cost is low.
Application Scenarios:KPR-701 is used in polyurethane artificial leather, polyurethane dry film stretching, and polyurethane coated fabrics.
Technical Indicators: This product does not contain heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+) or substances such as PBB and PBDE. It complies with EU ROHS and REACH standards in terms of environmental protection.

Usage Recommendations
1.Add 20 parts of flame retardant to the coating adhesive to achieve UL 94 V0 rating. After soaking in a 70°C water bath for 168 hours, the flame retardant performance remains intact.
2.Thoroughly stir before use to ensure uniform dispersion of the flame retardant in the resin solution.

Store in a dry, room temperature environment. Protect from moisture and heat.
