Product Introduction

The peelable radioactive decontamination film spray can is primarily used for radioactive contamination control and removal operations in confined spaces such as indoor environments. By spraying the peelable radioactive decontamination film material into the air and onto the surfaces of media in contaminated areas, it achieves rapid suppression and fixation of radioactive fallout and aerosols at nuclear accident sites, effectively controlling the spread of radioactive contamination.

Remarks: 1) Main components: silicone rubber, curing agent, chelating agent; non-toxic and odorless. 2) Good fluidity, excellent self-adhesion, high self-healing capability, effectively adsorbs radioactive nuclides. 3) Coating thickness can be adjusted based on α/β radioactive nuclides. 4) Resistant to high and low temperatures, can be used long-term at -60°C to 250°C. 5) Sunlight, ventilation, temperature, and humidity affect surface drying time and peelable time.

Usage Method

Before using this product, ensure the pressure gauge indicates normal. If the pointer is in the green zone, pressure is normal; if in the yellow zone, it does not affect use; if in the red zone, pressure is low.

Please follow these steps to use the product:

(1) Carry the can to the decontamination site, approximately 1 meter from the surface to be decontaminated;

(2) Pick up the can and remove the safety pin;

(3) Hold the can with one hand and the activation handle with the other, pressing down. Once the can seal is opened, the decontamination film material will spray out;

(4) Spray consumption is 1 kg/m2 to 2 kg/m2;

(5) After film formation, it can be recovered using recycling equipment or manually peeled off.
