The fan control box, also known as the smoke control fan control box, is primarily used to control the start and stop of the fan. It can be operated manually or automatically from the control room, as well as via on-site buttons, and provides feedback on the equipment's operational status through the smoke control intelligent control screen. During normal ventilation, the fan control box can operate at low speed, starting the fan locally, or the high-speed button can be activated to run the fan at high speed. In automatic mode, it receives signals from the fire alarm center, switching the fan from low-speed to high-speed operation. If the fan needs to be stopped, it can be directly shut down at high speed from the fire control center, with the signal simultaneously returned to the fire control center. Normally, the low-speed setting is connected to the intelligent control system, serving as an exhaust fan, while the high-speed setting is linked to the fire control system (DC24V fire control interface). In the event of a fire, it receives control signals from the fire control system to activate high-speed operation, automatically cutting off the low-speed control circuit to achieve rapid smoke exhaust and ventilation.
