GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is widely used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings as power distribution centers (PC) and motor control centers (MCC). It serves as a low-voltage complete power distribution device used in generation and power supply systems with AC 50-60Hz, rated working voltage of 660V and below, and rated current of 4000A and below for power distribution, motor centralized control, and reactive power compensation.

      Xi'an Power Distribution Cabinet manufacturer's research on the operating environment of GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear products:

1、The ambient air temperature should not exceed +40°C and should not be lower than -5°C. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35°C. If exceeded, derated operation should be considered based on actual conditions;

2、For indoor use: The altitude of the installation site should not exceed 2000m;

3、The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at +40°C. Xi'an Power Distribution Cabinet manufacturer's GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear allows for higher relative humidity at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C. Consideration should be given to the possible occasional formation of condensation due to temperature changes;

4、During installation, the inclination relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5°, and the entire cabinet row should be relatively level (in compliance with GBJ232-82 standard);

5、The device should be installed in locations free from severe vibration and impact, and where electrical components are not subject to undue corrosion;

6、Special requirements from users can be discussed and resolved with the manufacturer.
