Instrument Overview

The Portable Intelligent Digestion System is a heating device developed and produced according to national standards for rapid determination of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr). It comes with built-in digestion programs for COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, total chromium, and other parameters. The instrument adopts our self-developed intelligent water quality digestion system, combined with an independently developed intelligent PID precision algorithm. It features fast heating speed, accurate temperature control, uniform temperature distribution, minimal error, and simple operation, making it an ideal instrument for laboratory digestion and heating. It is widely used in water quality testing and research across various industries including environmental monitoring, scientific research institutes, sewage engineering, petrochemicals, biomedicine, metallurgy and steel, food and dairy, aquaculture, wool spinning and dyeing, leather and papermaking.
