Instrument Overview

The 20-well intelligent digestion instrument is a heating device developed and produced according to national standards for the rapid determination of chemical oxygen demand (CODcr). It can be used for digesting COD, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, total chromium, and other items. This instrument adopts our self-developed intelligent water quality digestion system, combined with an independently developed intelligent PID precision algorithm. It features fast heating speed, accurate temperature control, uniform temperature distribution, minimal error, and simple operation, making it an ideal instrument for laboratory digestion and heating. It is widely used in water quality testing and research in various industries such as environmental monitoring, scientific research institutions, sewage engineering, petrochemicals, biomedicine, metallurgy and steel, food and dairy, aquaculture, wool spinning and dyeing, leather and papermaking.

7. The instrument features a built-in PID calibration/setting program, allowing users to adjust the PID algorithm.

8. Equipped with imported high-power heating modules for fast heating, long lifespan, and excellent uniformity.

9. Transparent integrated protective cover, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant with visibility, enabling easy observation of digestion status and ensuring operational safety.

10. Built-in dual over-temperature protection with automatic power-off when exceeding the set temperature, ensuring the safety of the instrument and personnel.
