Measurement Principle

The online organic matter analyzer based on spectroscopy utilizes the absorption effect of organic matter on ultraviolet light. It employs the 254nm spectral absorption coefficient (SAC254) as a key measurement parameter to reflect the soluble organic matter content in water, which can be converted into COD/BOD values under certain conditions. This method enables continuous monitoring without the need for any reagents.
