Polyimide film sintered round copper wire is manufactured by drawing high-purity oxygen-free copper (OFHC, purity ≥99.99%) into corresponding specifications using a wire drawing machine. The copper wire is then helically wrapped with polyimide film (PI film) at a specific angle with an overlap rate ≥50%, followed by high-temperature sintering for coating.

This standard applies to magnet wires used in Class H and below submersible oil-filled motors and similar special oil-filled motors, as well as insulated conductor cores for submersible pump cables. The polyimide sintered copper flat wire can operate normally at voltages up to 100,000 volts at 2000Hz, with corona discharge resistance 20 times that of similar products.
