I. Product Overview
       Winding DC resistance measurement is one of the routine tests for transformers, primarily to check the connection or mechanical integrity between windings and leads, and to ensure balanced resistance among phases for safe operation.
       Our self-developed KE2540D Transformer DC Resistance Tester utilizes a 32-bit dual ARM core (dual CPU) as the processing center, controlling the entire unit to automatically perform self-calibration, steady current judgment, data processing, and resistance display. It can measure the DC resistance of various types of transformers and mutual inductors. The instrument can operate directly using the built-in lithium battery, greatly facilitating field personnel.
II. Product Features
       1. The instrument supports both AC and DC power supply. When working in the field without an AC220V power source, it can operate directly using the built-in lithium battery, meeting the requirements for field testing (built-in power capacity: for example, it can continuously test approximately 80 units of 800KVA power transformers);
       2. The entire unit is controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, offering high automation and easy operation;
       3. Equipped with advanced power technology, the instrument features multiple current ranges and a wide measurement range. It automatically selects the current based on the load, making it suitable for DC resistance measurement of small and medium-sized transformers and voltage mutual inductors;
       4. Comprehensive protection functions, reliably safeguarding against back EMF impacts, ensuring higher reliability;
       5. Features an audible discharge alert function, with clear discharge indicators to reduce operational errors;
       6. Fast response speed, allowing direct switching of on-load tap changers during measurement, with automatic data refresh;
       7. Intelligent power management technology ensures the instrument always operates at minimal power, effectively reducing internal heat generation and saving energy;
       8. 320×240 dot matrix ultra-fine pixel 65K true color LCD screen;
       9. Built-in perpetual calendar clock and power-off storage, capable of storing 1000 sets of test data for easy access.
