I. Product Introduction of Variable Frequency Series Resonant Test Equipment
       The KEXZB series variable frequency series-parallel resonant test equipment is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, and chemical engineering. It is suitable for high-capacity, high-voltage capacitive test objects, such as generators, transformers, GIS, high-voltage cross-linked cables, instrument transformers, bushings, etc., for acceptance tests and preventive tests. Our company's independently developed variable frequency and voltage regulation software technology in the field of variable frequency series resonant high-voltage testing surpasses the domestic high-voltage testing industry. Utilizing this technology, the equipment adopts 16-bit fine frequency conversion, 10kHz carrier frequency, SPWM, and imported original IPM integrated module design and manufacturing. The complete set of variable frequency series-parallel resonant test equipment complies with the regulations and requirements of power and research departments for high-voltage testing.
II. Working Principle of Variable Frequency Series Resonant Test Equipment
       The variable frequency series resonant test equipment operates on the principle of series-parallel resonance. By adjusting the output frequency of the frequency conversion controller, the inductance L of the reactor and the capacitance C of the test object resonate, and the resonant voltage is the voltage applied to the test object. The power supply is provided by the frequency conversion controller. After initial step-up by the excitation transformer, the test voltage is applied to the reactor L and the test object CX. By changing the output frequency of the frequency conversion controller, the circuit enters a series resonant state. The resonant frequency of the circuit depends on the capacitance CX of the test object and the inductance L of the reactor. Adjusting the output voltage of the frequency conversion controller allows the high voltage on the test object to reach the required value.
